ZTE has officially announced its debut Windows Phone device – the ZTE Tania. The mobile phone will arrive on shelves as one of the affordable Mango smartphones, though it will still have appealing features to offer. The ZTE Tania appears to have a 4.3-inch screen with a WVGA display res of 800 x 480 – the same as the Android-powered ZTE Skate (aka the Orange Monte Carlo).The device comes in white or black and honestly, looks a lot like a Samsung Focus, which isn’t a bad thing either.
