Nokia has launched its Asha 200 and Asha 300   phones in India. The phones, Asha 300 and Asha 200, run on Symbian S40 operating software. They are a crucial part of Nokia’s strategy in India and African countries. With these two phones, nokia has expanded its dual sim phone range at affordable prices. These two devices comes with Nokia Music Unlimited service for feature phones.
Nokia Asha 200 has a stylish qwerty dual SIM phone was announced at the recently concluded Nokia World 2011. It has has a 2.4-inch display, a 3.5 mm audio jack, a 2 megapixel camera and offers connectivity features such as Bluetooth, and GPRS/EDGE. It comes with support for up to 32 GB memory cards so you can listen to a choice of thousands of songs for up to 52 hours.It weighs 105g and shapes up at 115.4mm x 61.1mm x 14mm. Talk time is up to 7hrs and there’s a 36-hour standby time.The Nokia Asha 200 will obviously be cheaper than the 300: only 4,759 INR ($94).

The Nokia Asha 300 is a touch-cum-keypad device that harnesses a powerful 1GHz processor and offers 3G support. According to the company, the phone allows users have fast access to messaging, email and instant messaging from the home screen and can swipe to access apps, music or games from the Nokia Store. The Nokia Asha 300 also arrives preloaded with Angry Birds. Other features include a 5 MP camera, a music player, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity and the ability to handle memory cards up to 32GB. The Nokia Asha 300 costs 7,409 INR in India ($145)
